摘要
学习焦虑是青少年在学习过程中产生的最为普遍的负性情绪反应,过度的学习焦虑会严重影响其学习和身心健康。青少年个体的内源性因素、学校及家庭的学习环境以及社会的支持系统都可能导致学习焦虑的产生。针对青少年的学习焦虑问题,应从青少年个体干预、环境干预和社会干预三个层面,探索构建青少年学习焦虑的心理健康干预模式,以期为青少年学习焦虑的有效干预提供参考。
Study anxiety is the most common negative emotion of adolescents that produced in their learning process. Excessive study anxiety will affect adolescents' learning process,physical and mental health. The cause of adolescent study anxiety includes the endogenous factors of adolescents,their study enviornment of schools and families,and their socical support system. The mental health intervening mode of adolescent study anxiety should be explored and constructed from the aspects of individual intervention,environment intervention and social intervention in order to provide reference for effective intervention of adolescents' learning anxiety.
