摘要
目的探讨中医定向透药治疗仪联合复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗小儿腹泻疗效。方法将于我院儿科治疗的100例小儿腹泻病患儿随机分为2组,各50例。全部病例均给予饮食、预防和纠正脱水、维持电解质平稳等治疗,治疗组在此基础上予加用中医定向透药治疗仪及口服复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗。记录患儿体温恢复正常,吐泻停止时间及大便次数观察疗效。结果治疗后,实验组的总体治疗有效率(98.00%)较对照组(82.00%)显著提高(P<0.05);实验组的退热时间,呕吐、腹泻缓解时间与住院时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05);实验组的血WBC水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论中医定向透药治疗仪联合复合乳酸菌胶囊为治疗小儿腹泻病的安全、有效治疗方法,对于缓解患儿临床症状,促进患儿机体恢复有积极意义。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy instrument combined with lactobacillus complex capsules in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods 100 children with diarrhea in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,and each group had 50 cases. All cases were treated with diet,prevention and correction of dehydration and maintenance of electrolyte stability. On the basis of this,the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine directional medicine therapy instrument and lactobacillus complex capsules. The recover normal temperature,vomiting and diarrhea stop time and stool frequency was recorded,and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results After treatment,the overall effective rate of the experimental group（ 98%） was higher than that in the control group（ 82%）（ P〈0. 05）. The fever time,vomiting,diarrhea remission time and hospitalization time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The blood level of WBC in the experimental group was significant lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and lactobacillus complex capsules is a safe and effective method for the treatment of infantile diarrhea. It has a positive meaning for relieving the clinical symptoms and promoting the recovery of children＇s body.
