摘要
目的分析纳米银凝胶联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗放射性阴道炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2012年7月—2016年12月宫颈癌放射性阴道炎患者158例的临床资料,根据治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组79例。观察组采用纳米银凝胶联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,对照组采用保妇康栓治疗。统计两组的疗效、满意度、康复时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率及很满意患者比例高于对照组,复发率、基本满意和不满意患者比例明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组阴道炎康复时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未发生明显药物不良反应。结论纳米银凝胶联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗放射性阴道炎有较好的临床效果,且患者满意度高。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of nanometer silver gel combined with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules in treatment of radioactive vaginitis.Methods Clinical data of 158 patients with radioactive vaginitis during July 2012 and December 2016 was retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into observation group(n=79)and control group(n=79)according to treatment methods.Observation group was treated with nanometer silver gel combined with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules,while control group was treated with Baofukang suppository.Curative effects,satisfaction degree,recovery time and incidence rate of adverse reaction were recorded in two groups.Results In observation group,values of the total effective rate and proportion of patients with very satisfaction were higher,while values of recurrence rate,general satisfaction and dissatisfaction proportions were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Recovery time of vaginitis in observation group was significantly less than that in control group(P<0.05).In two groups,no patients had obviously adverse drug reactions.Conclusion Nanometer silver gel combined with Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules in treatment of radioactive vaginitis may achieve good effect and patients'satisfaction.
