摘要
高校工会是以知识分子为主体的教职工群众组织,是学校党委联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带,是教职工合法权益的代表者和维护者,担负着对广大教职工进行思想政治教育、维护教职工合法权益等重要职能。在当前新形势新要求下,加强青年教师思想政治工作是高校一项重要政治任务。本文在分析高校青年教师思想政治状况基础上,结合高校工会开展思想政治工作存在的不足,提出了高校工会加强青年教师思想政治教育工作的几点举措。
Trade unions in colleges and universities are mass organizations of teaching and administrative staff with intellectuals as the main body. It is the bridge and tie between the school party committees and the masses of staff and workers. It works as representative and guardian for the legitimate rights and interests of teaching and administrative staff. It is an important political task for colleges and universities to strengthen the ideological and political work of young teachers under the current new situation and new requirements. On the basis of analyzing the ideological and political situation of young teachers, and combining with the shortcomings of the ideological and political work carried out by trade unions in colleges and universities, the essay supposes that the trade unions in colleges and universities should do a good job in four aspects.
