摘要
水资源可持续利用评价是岩溶地区社会经济与生态环境协调发展的重要途径。以遵义市为研究区,基于PSR模型构建岩溶城市水资源可持续利用评价指标体系,运用熵权法计算权重,以综合指数模型评价2004—2015年遵义市水资源可持续利用综合指数,结果表明:2004—2015年间,水资源可持续利用压力、状态和综合指数均呈现上升的趋势;其中2004—2013年可持续利用发展水平处于轻度失调阶段,2014—2015年可持续利用发展水平处于中级协调阶段,水资源与经济、环境发展从轻度失调转变为中级协调;并对遵义市水资源治理提出相关建议。
Evaluation of sustainable utilization of water resources is an important approach to the coordinated development of social economy and ecological environment in karst areas. In this study,we took Zunyi City as the target area,established an evaluation index system for sustainable utilization of water resources based on PSR model,and adoptedentropy weight method and comprehensive index evaluation model to evaluate the sustainable utilization index of water resources in Zunyi City from 2004 to 2015. The results indicated that the pressure,status and comprehensive index of sustainable utilization of water resources showed arising trend from 2004 to 2015. 2004 to 2013 witnessed mild imbalance of water resources utilization and economy development,while 2014 to 2015 witnessed a change from mild imbalance to medium coordination. Finally,we put forward some suggestions for the management of water resources in Zunyi City.
