摘要
基于动机理论,从社会差序格局客观分布与主观认知的双重视角探究其从内源动机与外源动机途径作用于民众学习意愿的机理。采用CGSS2010数据运用定序Probit模型分析发现:适度的机会不平等显示出对居民学习意愿的提振效应,但不平等过大将耗散学习动机,消解学习意愿;居民学习意愿对其家庭经济地位变迁存在同向响应关系;乐观的社会地位流动预期将提振个体学习意愿;居民学习意愿也表现出个体特征层面的差异性;鉴于此,提出破除消解学习意愿的机会不公平和保留能够提振其学习意愿的责任因素主导机会不平等的社会差序格局优化路径。
It is analyzed,based on the motivation theory,which the diversity-orderly structure causes a limitation of the individual willingness to learn from both exogenous and internal motivations. As the internal motivation of inferior groups to choice individual learning is dissipated by the severe unequal opportunity,the type-specific advantages and the learning willingness of disadvantage groups is concomitantly mitigated as a consequence. And the subjective cognition on the diversity-orderly structure strengthens the personal willingness to learn. In view of this reason,from the perspective of improving the social structure we have put forward an implementation way to enhance the people's willingness to learn.
