摘要
针对目前埋地管道阴极保护外检测存在的多种问题,提出了一种通过采集管道内部存在的阴极保护电流以及杂散电流数据,判断管道阴极保护工作状态的方法。经过理论计算分析,制定了试验方案,对开发设计的电子电路模块以及检测结构进行试验测试,结果证明通过内检测技术实现管道电流的检测是切实可行的,可以进一步开发推广到工程应用中。
In view of the problems existing in the ways of pipeline cathodic protection inspection,a way to collect cathodic protection current and stray current data that exist inside the pipeline was put forward.After theoretical calculation and analysis,the research scheme is determined,the electronic circuit module and the detection structure of the developed design are tested.It is proven that it is feasible to realize pipeline current detection through internal detection technology,and can be further developed and popularized in engineering application.
