摘要
本文简要介绍了铅玻璃对环境和人类的危害,论述了无铅低温封接玻璃的研究发展概况,主要包括铋酸盐、磷酸盐、钒酸盐三大体系。对各玻璃体系中的结构特点、性能和研究现状做了简要分析。并指出铋酸盐具有良好的化学稳定性以及简单的制备工艺,拥有很好的发展前景。
The harm of lead glass to environment and human was briefly introduced. The research and development of lead-free low-melting point sealing glass which including bismuthate glass, phosphate glass and vanadate glass was discussed. The structural features, properties and research status of various glass systems are briefly analyzed. It is pointed out that bismuthate glass has good chemical stability and simple preparation process, and has good prospects for development.
