抗氧剂对木塑复合材料老化性能的影响 被引量:3

Impact of Antioxidants on Aging Properties of Wood-Plastic Composite

摘要 以再生高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)为基体、沙柳木粉为填充和增强材料,采用模压法制备了再生PE-HD/沙柳木粉木塑复合材料(WPC),并对其进行了热老化试验。研究了抗氧剂种类及添加量对该WPC力学性能及润湿性能的影响,利用红外光谱分析了该材料的老化机理,并通过扫描电镜观察其表面微观形貌。结果表明:经热老化试验后,WPC的力学性能下降,润湿性能增强。与抗氧剂添加前相比,加入了抗氧剂的WPC试样,其热老化试验后的力学性能下降趋势明显减缓,而润湿性能有所减弱。其中当抗氧剂添加量为0.2%时,WPC的抗老化效果显著。 With recycled high density polyethylene(PE-HD) as substrate, salix powder as filling and reinforcing material, the recycled PE-HD/salix composites were prepared by compression molding, and thermal aging property of the wood-plastic composite(WPC) was tested. The effects of antioxidant type and addition amount on mechanical properties and wettability of the WPC were studied, the aging mechanism of the WPC was analyzed by infrared spectrum, and its surface microstructure was observed by scan electron microscope. The results indicate that: after thermal aging test, the mechanical properties of the WPC decrease, and the wettability improves. Compared with the sample without antioxidant, the decreasing trend for mechanical properties of the WPC containing antioxidant(after thermal aging test) is slowed down obviously, and the wettability is reduced somewhat. Moreover, the WPC sample shows excellent anti-aging effect when the antioxidant content is 0.2%.
