摘要
采用不同比例的竹粉制备竹粉/高密度聚乙烯复合材料,研究其对于复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:复合材料的断裂伸长率有先减小,后增大的变化趋势;拉伸强度则先增大后减小。竹粉质量含量为40%,断裂伸长率达到最小值,拉伸强度达到最大值。冲击和弯曲强度有所提高,竹粉含量增大,复合材料的熔体指数逐渐减低。
In order to research the influence of the content of bamboo powder to the property of the material, the bamboo/ plastic composite was made of bamboo powder and HDPE. Results showed that the elongation at break of composite materials trended to lessen at first, then it became increased. When the content of bamboo powder reached to 40 % , the elongation at break reached the minimum,the tensile strength reached maximum. The shocking and bending strength improved a little. With the increasing of the content of bamboo powder, material's melt index became small.
