摘要
针对目前我国大部分拖拉机仍装备着比较老旧的机械式手动换挡变速器的现状,改进后的液压动力换挡系统采用了模糊控制理论对换挡过程中离合器的结合速度进行控制,使其换挡过程平顺;利用Simulink对所建模型进行了仿真分析,以离合器冲击度、结合时间以及滑磨功为控制目标,对比传统的"快-慢-快"的离合器结合控制策略,结果证明模糊控制的综合控制效果强于传统控制策略。
In view of the current situation that most tractors in our country are still equipped with old mechanical manual shift transmission,the improved hydraulic power shift system adopts the fuzzy control theory to control the clutch speed in the shift process,so that the shift process is smooth. Aimed at controlling jerk of the clutch,time of combination and friction work,simulink is used to analyse the model built and traditional control method with a"fast-slow-fast" process is compared with fuzzy control method,which proves better than the former.
