摘要
植物病原菌种资源库是植物病理学实验课程的重要教学载体,包括病原菌种库、菌落形态图库、玻片标本库、数字切片库、病原菌的基因组库。利用分子生物学技术和"互联网+"将新构建病原菌种实体资源库和信息资源库进行无缝衔接,丰富了实验教学内容,提高实验课堂效率。
Plant pathogen resource base is an important teaching carrier for plant pathology experiment. Including plant pathogen races, colony morphology of plant pathogens, slide specimen library,digital slice library,genome of plant pathogens. Using molecular biology technology and ＂Internet ＋＂ to seamlessly connect the physical resource base and information resource library. The experimental content is enriched and the efficiency of experimental classroom is greatly improved.
