体育活动对自闭症儿童的干预效果研究——以南京市宁馨阳光家园残疾人服务中心为例 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究体育活动对改善自闭症的效果,以及不同活动方式对自闭症程度改善效果的差异。方法:本文主要采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法、数理统计法等方法,调查对象为南京市残疾人服务中心的40名自闭症儿童。结果:(1)参与体育活动的30名被试者在经过为期3个月的干预后,自闭症改善的程度明显优于10名未进行体育活动的对照组;(2)在30名实验组的被试者中,采用合作模式体育游戏活动方式对自闭症的改善效果最佳,其次是足球,再其次是健美操;(3)在30名被试者中,进行活动频率为每周3次的效果要好于活动频率为每周1次的被试。结论:(1)体育活动能改善自闭症程度;(2)合作模式的体育游戏活动改善自闭症效果最佳;(3)活动频率能影响改善自闭症的效果,中高频比低频的效果好。 This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature, expert interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method to the service center of Nanjing disabled 40 autistic children physical exercise effect, exercise on the influence degree of autism and different exercise on the influ ence degree of improvement of autism. The results showed that: 1, physical exercise in 30 subjects af ter 3 months of intervention, the degree of autism improved significantly better than the 10 who did n ot exercise control group; 2, in 30 of the subjects in experimental group, the exercise mode of cooper ation in the best sports game of autism in effect, followed by football, followed by aerobics; 3, in 30 subjects, better exercise frequency is 3 times a week in the exercise frequency is 1 times a week the s ubjects. Conclusion: 1, sports activities can improve the degree of autism; 2, cooperative sports games play the best role in improving autism. 3, activity frequency can affect the effect of improving autism, and the effect of middle and high frequency is better than that of low frequency.
