摘要
自行设计问卷,对失智老人的主要照护者进行面对面调查,分析失智老人的照护需求模式及其影响因素。结果显示,失智老人照护需求以专业照护机构为主(占75.76%);失能老人及其照护者的部分特征会影响照护模式的选择意愿。失智老人的照护需求模式呈多元化态势,建议大力发展失智老人专业照护机构,加大专业照护对社区—居家照护的支持,分级、分类为失智老人提供照护服务。
In this study, we interviewed the main caregivers of elder people with dementia face to face by a self-designed questionnaire to analyze the care demand pattern and its influencing factors. The results showed that the demand for care was mainly in professional care institutions（75.76%）, and some characteristics of the elder people with dementia and their caregivers would influence the intention of choose in care modes. The mode of care demand for elder people with dementia is diversified. It is suggested that the professional care institutions should be developed vigorously, and the support of professional care for the community-home care should be increased, to support classified care services for elder people with dementia.
