摘要
针对某300 MW电厂四角切圆锅炉不同SOFA风率(15%、20%、25%)对燃烧及排放特性展开了数值模拟研究。数值模拟的结果与现场实际情况吻合比较好。实验结果表明:随着SOFA风率的增加,炉膛出口处的CO浓度和飞灰含碳量逐渐上升,而NOx排放浓度逐渐下降;考虑经济性与排放要求,SOFA风风率20%能达到高效低NOx的目的。
This paper presents the computational investigation on combustion and emission characteristics of a 300 MW tangentially fired boiler under different SOFA wind rate. The results of numerical simulation agree well with the actual situation. The simulation results show that the concen-tration of CO and the carbon content of fly ash in the outlet of the furnace increase gradually withthe increase of SOFA wind rate,while the concentration of NOxemission decreases gradually. Considering the economic and emission requirements, setting SOFA wind rate to 20%can achieve high-er combustion efficiency and lower NOx emission.
