摘要
近年来,我国高温天气频繁出现,室外作业安全问题随之凸显出来,由高温导致热中暑,热损伤、甚至死亡等问题引起了广泛关注。高温暴露是如何影响人体生理参数变化以及高温暴露会对人体将会产生哪些热损伤。基于现有的实验研究和人体生理学知识,通过建立人体热平衡数学模型,分析了高温环境对人体产热和散热的影响,阐述了高温暴露下人体自主热调节机制和人体热损伤过程,最后就目前研究所存在问题提出个人建议。
In recent years,the high temperature weather frequently appears in our country,and the outdoor operationsafety problemhas been highlighted,the problems of heatstroke,heat injury and even death caused by high temperaturehave attracted much attention.Howdoes high temperature exposure affect the changes of human physiological parametersand what thermal damage will be caused by high temperature exposure.This paper is based on existing experimentalresearch and knowledge of human physiology.By establishing the mathematical model of human body heat balance,theeffect of high temperature environment on human body heat production and heat dissipation is analyzed.The mechanismof human spontaneous thermoregulation and the process of human body thermal injury under high temperature exposureare discussed. Finally,a personal suggestion is put forward for the problems existing in the present research.
