摘要
目的分析皖南医学院医学生就业情况,提出意见和建议帮助改善医学生就业困境。方法对2015~2017届临床医学、麻醉学和医学影像学专业本科毕业生就业数据进行统计,分析其就业现状和结构。结果皖南医学院医学生就业情况呈现以下特点:就业率维持在98%以上;就业层次呈现下降趋势,前往公立三级医院工作的毕业生比例降低;就业地域集中在省内;升学率逐年升高。结论医学院校需要通过扩大学校知名度、促进实习就业一体化、加强考研指导、重视校园就业市场等方式提升医学生就业质量。
Objective To analyze employment status and put forward suggestions and advices to overcome employment difficulties of medical college students.Methods Perform a statistical analysis on the employment data from clinical medicine,anaesthesiology,and medical imaging major and analyze its employment status and structure.Results Following characters of employment of medical graduates students are found：employment rate is maintained up to 98%,employment level shows a downward trend with a lower proportion of students employed in tertiary hospitals,most employment region is inside the province,the enrollment rate increases year by year.Conclusion To improve the employment quality of medical college students,medical college should seek to extend its name,promote the integration of internship and employment,strengthen the guidance of postgraduate entrance examination,weigh campus job market.
