摘要
针对目前棉花打顶机田间打顶效果不理想,打顶过程中出现漏打顶、过打顶和平切顶等问题,本研究设计结合滚筒式切割装置,提出一种平推式棉花打顶机。该机具利用长滚筒切割装置与前、后推禾板相互配合,将高低不齐的棉株顶尖斜推至同一水平高度进行切割打顶。田间试验结果表明:整机结构稳定,该机具作业速度在3.4 km/h左右时,打顶率达到92%,能够满足打顶作业的要求。
In view of the unsatisfactory effect of field topping of current topping machine and aiming at problems of miss-topping, over-topping and flat-cutting during topping process, a flat-pushing cotton topping machinein combined with drum cutting device was developed. Through cooperation of long drum cutting device and front and back push board, this machine pushes the tops of the uneven cotton plants to the same level and realizes topping. The results of field tests indicates that the structure of the whole machine is stable. When the speed of the machine is around 3.4 km/h, the topping rate reaches92%, this machine can meet the requirements of topping operation.
