摘要
为了解决玉米收获机在收获时摘穗割台底部的切割装置距离地面很近,长时间工作造成茎蔓缠绕、沙土进入转轴影响工作的问题,设计一种对玉米穗和秸秆进行分离收集的防尘土切割装置。通过田间试验表明,防尘土切割装置运行良好,平均故障间隔时间达到126.2 h。
In order to solve the questions that the spike and stem of corn can be separated and collected at the same time,and the cutting device at the bottom of the harvesting head is close to the ground,long-time working causes the vines to become entangled and the sand enters the shaft to affect the work.Designing a dust-proof soil cutting device for separating and collecting corn spike and stem.Field tests showed the device worked well,and the average time between failures reached 126.2 hours.
