摘要
为评价航空发动机金属弹性密封圈在全工况下的性能,研制一种可模拟金属弹性密封圈全工况条件的多功能试验台,该试验台可实现受轴向加载的金属弹性密封圈的高温密封试验,能完成精确模拟压缩量的弹性试验以及轴向载荷谱加载的疲劳试验等,为评价金属弹性密封圈性能提供试验手段。采用该试验台对某W形封严环进行密封、弹性、疲劳试验。试验结果与样件产品的性能参数相当,并在试验中实现了精确模拟压缩量以及轴向载荷谱的加载。
In order to evaluate the performance of the metal elastic sealing rings under all operating conditions,a test rig was designed,which can simulated the real operation conditions of the metal elastic sealing rings in the aero-engines. The test rig can can complete a variety of tests,including the sealing tests for the metal elastic sealing rings under the axial loads at high temperature,the elasticity tests for determination of the compressive strain and fatigue tests under the axial load spectrum. The test rig was applied to evaluate the performance of sealing,elasticity and fatigue of a W-shaped sealing.The result shows that the test rig realize the accurate simulation of the compressive strain and load spectrum,and the test results are equivalent to the performance parameters of the sample product.
