摘要
采用ANSYS有限元软件建立金属W形密封环的有限元模型,对金属W形密封环在给定工况下的弹塑性接触变形进行非线性有限元分析,得出相应情况下的接触应力分布和范.米塞斯(Von-M ises)应力分布;讨论密封环操作参数和结构参数对密封性能的影响。结果表明,在预紧工况和工作工况下,密封环的最大接触应力均能满足密封要求,且最大Von-M ises应力小于屈服极限,金属W形密封环可以实现密封;适当增大金属W形密封环壁厚或加大预压缩量,可以提高其密封性能。
Finite element model of metal W-sealing ring was established by using finite element software ANSYS,elastoplostic contact defortmation of metal W-sealing ring in given condition was analyzed nonlinearly, the distribution nephograms of contact pressure and Von-Mises stress in the corresponding condition were obtained, the effect of operating parameters and structure parameters of sealing ring on the sealing performance was discussed. The results show that in the preload condition and working condition, the maximal contact pressure satisfys the seal requirements, and the maximal Von- Mises stress is less than yield limit, so metal W-sealing ring can realize the seal. Increasing wall thickness or increasing amount of pre-compression appropriately can improve sealing performance of the sealing ring.
