摘要
为了改善起重机用尼龙滑块的摩擦磨损性能,分别采用液体润滑油、轴承润滑脂、Mo S2锂基润滑脂、特种润滑脂对MC尼龙滑块进行改性;采用扫描电镜观察改性后复合材料的形貌,采用电子万能试验机测试复合材料的力学性能,采用磨损试验机考察复合材料的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:研究的4种复合材料中,轴承润滑脂填充MC尼龙复合材料的综合力学性能最好,且具有优异的摩擦磨损性能,其作为起重机滑块,更能满足使用要求。
The nylon sliders for cranes was modified with liquid lubricant,bearing grease,lithium base grease of Mo S2 and special grease in order to reduce their friction and wear properties. The morphology of the modified composites was observed by SEM,the mechanical properties were tested by electronic universal testing machine,and the friction and wear properties were investigated on a wear tester. The results show that,of the 4 kinds of composites studied,the MC nylon filled with bearing grease has the best comprehensive mechanical properties and a excellent tribological property,which can meet the requirements of machinery.
