摘要
随着人口老龄化的加剧以及生活方式的改变,心血管疾病成为严重威胁人类健康的重要疾病之一,而心血管死亡在近几年的流行病调查中也一直高居全因死亡的榜首,因此,心血管疾病的预防和治疗便成为现阶段各国科研和临床研究的重点。线粒体ATP敏感钾通道是位于线粒体内膜上的内向整流钾通道,具有改善能量代谢、抑制凋亡、减轻Ca^(2+)超载、稳定内环境等作用。近期的研究发现,线粒体ATP敏感钾通道可通过不同的途径影响心血管疾病的发展。该文对线粒体ATP敏感钾通道的结构、功能及其与多种心血管疾病的关系进行了综述,明确其在心血管疾病发展中的作用。
With the aging of population and the changes of lifestyle,the cardiovascular diseases have become a serious threat to human health. Meanwhile,the cardiovascular death has become the chief death reason during recent epidemiological survey,so the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases have become the focus of researches now. Mitochondrial ATP-sensitive potassium channels(mito KATP) is an inward rectifier potassium channel located in the mitochondrial inner membrane,which has the effect of improving the energy metabolism,inhibiting the apoptosis,relieving the overload of Ca^(2+) and stabilizing the internal environment. Recently,some researchers have also found that mito KATPcan influence the development of cardiovascular diseases in different ways. This paper summarizes the structure and function of mito KATPand the relationship between cardiovascular diseases and mito KATP,aiming to clarify its role in the development of cardiovascular diseases.
