摘要
促进高校内涵发展是应国家政策、社会舆论、教育发展规律的要求而做出的积极应对之策。高校内涵发展对高校管理水平、育人水平提出了更高的要求。这就要求通过建设智慧校园,提升高校运转效能,促进高校内涵发展。智慧校园建设,在充分发挥技术性的同时,应体现出高校自身的特点。在智慧校园的建设中,需要科学处理智慧校园与大学文化之间的"张力";建立科学的智慧校园评价指标体系;重视数据的收集,充分分析数据、合理使用数据。
Intelligent campus is a comprehensive application of newly-developed information technology based on science and technology through integration of human being, equipments, environment, and resources. It aims at promoting education teaching and improving talent cultivation ability. Promoting university connotation development is a positive measure meeting the requirement of national policy, public opinion, and educational development rule. University connotation development raises higher requirement on university management level and student cultivation level. This requires managers to improve university operation efficiency and enhance connotation development through intelligent campus construction. Besides its technical nature, intelligent campus construction should embody the features of the university itself. So, during intelligent campus construction,managers should scientifically dispose the ＂tension＂ between intelligent campus and university culture. They should also set up scientific intelligent campus evaluation index system, highly regard data collection, sufficiently analyze data and properly use data.
