摘要
实现治理能力现代化是高校内涵发展的必然,二级学院治理是其中的重要内容之一。当前高校对二级学院的管理方式存在主体不明、权责不清等问题。解决问题的根本是实现二级学院从管理向治理转变,不仅要在理念、角色和办学主体的认识上实现转变,还要在转变的路径与方法上采取有效的措施。
To realize the modernization of governance ability is the necessity of the essential development of uni- versities, and the governance of secondary co｜leges is one of the important contents. At present, there are such prob- lems as unclear subject, power and responsibility in the mode of universities managing secondary colleges. The key to solve the problem is to transform from the management of secondary colleges to the governance, not only achieving the transformation in the understanding of ideas, roles and school-running subjects, but also taking effective measures to succeed in path and method.
