摘要
高压加热器换热管发生泄漏后,将对于机组运行的稳定性和经济性产生很大的影响。应用失效分析的理念,分析了高压加热器泄漏的实际案例。在设计制造至运行管理的各个阶段中,均应对高压加热器的泄漏问题引起足够的重视。通过分析,指出了泄漏失效的起因,并给出预防措施和建议。
The leakage of HP heater tubes has significant influence on the reliability and economical efficiency of the power plant, which should be recognized correctly and handled properly. From the aspects of design, manufacture, and operation management, several failure cases of HP heater leakage would be explained based on the failure analysis theory. Somepreventive measures and suggestions are also provided.
