高压加热器的换热管材质改进与实践

摘要 本文通过结合现场的实际情况,以换热管材质改进作为切入点,探讨可行的技术方案。通过对几种常用高加换热管材质从力学性能、耐腐蚀型、换热性能等多个方面进行对比、分析,确定材料的选用。同时保留了原结构设计,避免了因主设备改造带来的系统布置等问题。高压加热器在更换后,进行了对应的性能试验和系统整体性能试验,试验合格,满足系统要求。本次技术改造解决实际工程问题的思路对于国内其他核电机组有一定的借鉴意义。 Based on the actual situation in the field,the feasible technical scheme is discussed with the improvement of heat exchanger tube material as the breakthrough point.Through the comparison and analysis of several commonly used high-pressure heat exchanger tube materials from mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,heat transfer performance and other aspects,the selection of materials is determined.At the same time,the original structure design is retained,which avoids the problems of system layout caused by the transformation of main equipment.After replacing the high-pressure heater,the corresponding performance test and the overall performance test of the system were carried out,and the test was qualified to meet the requirements of the system.The idea of solving practical engineering problems in this technological transformation has certain reference significance for other domestic nuclear power units in dealing with practical engineering problems in the future.
