新型柴油氧化安定性快速评定仪器的研制

摘要 针对柴油氧化安定性评定标准方法SH/T 0175具有操作过程繁琐,检测周期长,检测结果重复性差,对油品氧化安定性优劣判断准确程度低,在舰艇境外补给、油库收发油等快速检测场合缺乏实用性的不足,研制了一种新型柴油氧化安定性快速评定仪器,实现了对油样的快速测试评定。经过重复性和区分性试验考察,结果显示所研制的仪器具有操作简便、方法快捷、自动化程度高的特点。 The standard method for the evaluation of diesel oxidation stability SH/T 0175 has complicated operation process,long detection period,poor repeatability of test results,low accuracy in judging oxidation and stability of oil products ,and lack of practical shortage in the rapid detection of offshore recharge and oil depot oil collection. A new rapid evaluation instrument for oxidation stability of diesel oil was developed,and the rapid test and evaluation of oil samples were realized.Through repeated and differentiated experiments ,the results show that the developed instrument has the characteristics of simple operation,quick method and high automation.
