生物质燃油真密度影响因素分析 被引量:1

A Study on the Influencing Factors of the True Density of Biomass Fuel

摘要 以0#柴油以及多种生物质燃油为研究对象,采用PYC1200e型全自动真密度分析仪测定不同燃油的真密度,与传统测量液体密度的比重瓶法、密度计法进行比较,研究了温度、压力、粘度以及界面张力对生物质燃油真密度的影响.研究结果表明:相较于比重瓶法、密度计法,采用PYC1200e型全自动真密度分析仪测定燃油密度数值上更为精确;生物质燃油真密度在一定范围内随压力增大而增大,随温度升高而减小;真密度越大的生物质燃油,其运动粘度和界面张力越大. The true density of No.0 diesel oil and other biomass fuels were measured by PYC1200e Automatic True Density Analyzer. The influences of temperature,pressure,viscosity and surface tension on the true density of biomass fuels were studied in comparison with the traditional measurement of pycnometer method and densimeter method. The research results show that the values of the true density of biomass measured by PYC1200e Automatic True Density Analyzer fuels are more accurate than those measured by pycnometer method and densimeter method. To some extent,the pressure increases with the true density of biomass fuels,and the true density decreases with the increase of temperature. The higher the true density of biomass fuels is,the higher viscosity and surface tension will be.
