摘要
汽油辛烷值的评定依据就是最大爆震强度。在一定压缩比下,调节混合气浓度使得爆震强度最大,称这个爆震强度为该压缩比下的最大爆震强度。由于爆震燃烧时缸内压力变化极不稳定,并且在某一混合气浓度下对应的最大爆震强度的检出存在大滞后,这就导致不同混合气浓度下的最大爆震强度不能及时准确检出而使测量值出现很大偏差。针对这一问题,本文提出一种以被控对象三个相邻采样周期输出值之差为模糊控制器输入来找到输出最大值的模糊控制方法,并通过仿真验证了该方法的可行性。
The octane rating of gasoline is based on the maximum knock intensity. Under a certain compression ratio,the concentration of the mixture is adjusted so that the knock intensity is maximized,and this knock intensity is taken as the maximum knock intensity under the compression ratio. Because the pressure variation in the cylinder during the knocking combustion is extremely unstable,and there is a large delay in the detection of the corresponding maximum knock intensity at a certain mixture concentration,this results in the inaccurate maximum knock intensity at different mixture concentrations and the detection results in large deviations in the measurement results.To solve this problem,this thesis proposes a fuzzy control method to find the maximum value of the output by using the difference between the output values of the controlled object in the three adjacent sampling periods as the fuzzy controller input,and the feasibility of the method is verified by simulation.
