摘要
结合链条炉排锅炉的工艺背景及特点,提出基于改进PID与专家经验的复杂多变量自动控制策略,克服燃烧系统强耦合、大滞后的控制难点,在保证被控工艺指标精确平稳的前提下,能快速响应负荷波动,较好地实现链条炉排锅炉安全高效的燃烧自动控制,取得控制效果和燃烧效率的双重提高。
Combined with the technical background and characteristics of chain grate boiler,this paper presents a complex multivariable automatic control strategy based on improved PID and expert experience, which can overcome the control difficulty of strong coupling and time delay. On the premise of reliable performance, the proposed algorithm Can adapt to the fluctuation of load fluctuation characteristics, achieving a better furnace system safety high efficiency automatic combustion control,the control effect and combustion efficiency were both improved.
