摘要
为了明确水浴温度对旋转蒸发仪减压浓缩效果的影响,并很好地实现对水浴温度的精确控制,对该设备的水浴温度控制系统进行改造。以邻苯二甲酸酯分析检测回收率为指标,分析旋转蒸发仪改造后对减压浓缩效果的影响。结果显示,设定控制温度40℃时,改造后旋转蒸发仪浓缩液实际温度由改造前的26℃~41℃变为39℃~41℃,平均温度由30℃左右变为40℃左右;改造后PAEs回收率范围由72.4%~85.6%提升到93.2%~98.5%。试验表明温度对减压浓缩效果有较大影响,通过水浴温度控制系统改造较好地提升了邻苯二甲酸酯分析检测的回收率。
In order to make clear the influence of water bath temperature on vacuum concentrating effect,and accurately control the temperature in the process of vacuum concentration of the rotary evaporator,the water bath temperature control system of the equipment was reformed. The effect of temperature control on vacuum concentration was studied with the recovery rate of phthalate ester as an index. The results showed that concentrated liquid temperature was changed from 26℃ - 41℃ to 39℃- 41℃ and average temperatures was changed from 30℃ to 40℃ when setting temperature as 40℃,and recovery rate of PAEs was raised from 72. 4% - 85. 6% to 93. 2% - 98. 5% after water bath temperature control system reconstruction. The test indicated that the temperature has a great influence on vacuum concentration,and the recovery rate of the analysis was improved by the reforming of the water bath temperature control system.
