摘要
本文分析了某炼厂制氢装置的电耗构成及影响电耗的主要因素,从装置的技术特点出发,在压缩机设计基础上,结合压缩机厂家意见,对压缩机入口压力控制系统合理性、适用性进行探讨,明确了稳定压缩机入口压力是降低电耗的主攻方向。通过对压缩机入口压力控制系统改造,不仅稳定控制压缩机入口压力,且大大降低了电耗,实现电耗降低6.15%,通过装置实际运行情况充分证明该方案能保证系统安全稳定运行,经济效益显著。
In this paper, the composition of energy consumption and the main factors affecting energy consumption in a refinery hydrogen production unit are analyzed. On the basis of the technical characteristics of the device, on the basis of the compressor design and the opinion of the compressor manufacturer, the energy saving and emission reduction of the hydrogen production unit is discussed, and it is clear that the electricity consumption is the main direction of reducing the energy consumption. Through a series of measures, such as the transformation of the pressure control system of the compressor inlet, the consumption of electricity is greatly reduced. The actual operation of the improved device fully proves that the scheme can ensure the safe and stable operation of the system, and the economic benefit is remarkable.
