摘要
CO_2压缩机是尿素生产过程中的关键设备之一,但往复式压缩机打气量会随着气温的变化发生较大波动。回收造气工段出废热锅炉的半水煤气低位余热,通过溴化锂冷水机组将其转化为冷水冷能,用于降低压缩机入口CO_2温度。结果表明:160℃半水煤气温度降低至100℃,可将CO_2温度从40℃降低至20℃,有效提高了压缩机打气量。
CO2 compressor is one of the key equipment in urea production process, but the reciprocating compressor discharge will have greater fluctuation as the change of temperature. Recycling gasification section produce the semi-water gas low waste heat from waste heat boiler, besides, by the lithium bromide chiller to transform it into cold water and cold energy, which is used to reduce the temperature of CO2 in the section of compressor entry. Results show that 160℃ semi-water gas temperature reduced to 100℃ and CO2 temperature can be reduced from 40℃ to 20℃, which effectively improve the compressor discharge.
