摘要
目的探讨通过工时测定了解移动护理信息系统对护士工作的影响。方法分别于2013年12月和2016年1月采用工时测定方法测量每位护士的护理工作量。结果使用移动护理系统后，各病区患者直接护理时间较使用前增多，间接护理时间、护理记录时间较使用前减少、护理记录时间在患者间接护理时间所占比例均较使用前降低，护士和患者满意度均较使用前上升，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论移动护理信息系统的应用使护士走近患者、贴近患者，增加了直接护理时间，减少了间接护理时间，提高了护理工作效率和护理质量，提高了护士和患者的满意度。
Objective To understand the influence of mobile nursing information system in nursing work through working hour measurement. Methods The workload of each nurse was measured by working hour measuring method in December 2013 and January 2016 respectively. Results After using the mobile nursing system, the patients in each ward had more direct nursing time than before. Indirect nursing time and nursing record time were decreased compared with those before use. The proportion of nursing record time in patients＇ indirect nursing time was lower than before use, and the satisfaction of nurses and patients was higher than before use. And the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The application of mobile nursing information system patients and close to patients. It increases the time of direct nursing, reduces the time of the efficiency and quality of nursing, and improves the satisfaction of nurses and patients. enables indirect nurses to nursing, approach improves
