摘要
介绍了大坝安全监测工作的目的、意义和国内发展现状,指出了大坝作为低空空域的重要经济目标是目标防护的重点和安全监测信息化应用在目标防护中的重要性,明确了大坝安全监测信息化管理的主要工作内容,根据安全监测信息化管理目标和监测业务确定了功能需求,分析了大坝安全监测信息化应用的多种技术手段和成果需求,阐述了大坝安全监测信息化综合应用中的快速反应机制的技术特点、技术路线、实现方案及实例应用,总结了现阶段我国大坝安全监测信息化管理和应用的不足以及未来的发展方向。
The paper introduces the importance of the work of dam safety monitoring and the current situation of the domestic development.The paper clarifies the main work of the dam safety monitoring informatic management,and defines the functional requirements according to the objectives of the informatic mangement and monitoring services.The paper analzyes various techniques and application demands of the dam safety monitoring.The paper then explains the technical characteristics,key techniques,the methodology,and practical applications of the rapid reaction mechanism in the comprehensive application of information technology for dam safety monitoring.The shortage of information mangement and application of dam safety monitoring in China and the direction of future development are summarized at last.
