面积扩展比对铜棒材连续挤压扩展成形流动的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为研究连续挤压周向扩展成形金属流动规律与工艺参数之间的关系,基于DEFORM-3D有限元分析软件,简化连续挤压工装模具非必要外形尺寸,建立铜棒材连续挤压扩展成形刚塑性有限元模型。通过数值模拟分析面积扩展比分别为2.25、3.0625、4、5.0625和6.25时铜棒连续挤压扩展成形过程坯料速度分布规律。模拟结果表明,在扩展变形区,坯料在对称面上的纵向流动基本均呈现上下对称层流分布状态;铜坯料从直角弯曲区经过扩展变形区降速而后流入模具收缩区,当面积扩展比为4时,纵向流动速度曲线最平稳,模具定径带处的流速均方差SDV值和极差R值最小,即模具出口速度最均匀。 To research the relationship between the metal flow law and the process parameters during continuous extrusion circumferential expansion forming,through simplifying non-essential dimensions of continuous extrusion tooling dies,the rigid-plastic finite element model of copper bar during continuous extrusion expansion forming was established based on DEFORM-3 D software. The flow velocity distribution during the forming process was compared and analyzed when the area expansion ratio was 2. 25,3. 0625,4,5. 0625 and 6. 25. The simulation results show that the longitudinal flow in symmetry plane presents laminar distribution state with longitudinal symmetry in extending zone. The copper billet flows from right-angle bending zone to extending zone with the flow velocity decreases and then flows into die contracting zone,when the area expansion ratio is 4 the longitudinal velocity curve is the smoothest,and both the mean-square deviation of velocity SDV and range R at calibrating strap are the smallest,that is,the export velocity at calibrating strap is the most uniform.
