摘要
针对红外成像系统,提出了一种基于蓝牙的无线监控方法。基于Android平台开发了一款手机端应用软件,利用智能手机作为移动式人机交互终端,通过蓝牙虚拟串口实现与红外成像系统的实时信息交互,进而完成控制指令发送与模拟遥测量实时获取的功能。具有软件界面设计简洁,数据传输稳定等优点,为监控工作带来更大的便利。同时,为进一步增强系统无线通信的稳定性,在通信协议方面选用了Modbus_RTU协议,实际测试表明该手机终端与红外成像系统无线通信稳定,安全可靠。
For the short-wave infrared imaging system,a wireless monitoring method based on Bluetooth is proposed.Based on the Android platform,a mobile terminal application software was developed.By using the smart phone as a mobile human-computer interaction terminal,the real-time information interaction with the infrared imaging system can be realized through the Bluetooth virtual serial port,so as to complete the real-time sending of the control command and acquisition of analog remote measurement.It brings greater convenience for monitoring work with the advantages of simple designed interface,stable data transmission,etc.At the same time,in order to further enhance the stability of wireless communication,the Modbus_RTU protocol is selected in the communication protocol.The actual test shows that wireless communication is stable,safe and reliable between the mobile terminal with infrared imaging system.
