摘要
以某铝厂冷轧车间地下油库电机温度测量与监控系统为例,详细介绍了系统结构特点。对于温度采集这一问题,可采用限幅滤波法、算术平均滤波法等流行算法进行模拟量的采集,但对于这些算法测量速度慢,无法抑制周期干扰。针对测量的快速与精度,提出了改进型一阶加权滤波算法并应用到温度采集过程中。系统已成功应用于生产中,应用结果表明,算法有效的提高了温度测量的精度,达到了96%,同时保证了实时性。
Take temperature measure and monitor system of a aluminum manufacturer cold reducing departments underground oil tanks motor as example,the structural characteristics of the system is described in details.For the temperatures gathering issue,limiting filter, average filter can be used to capture analog,these algorithms have slowly measurement and can not inhibition the cycle interference. In connection with measurements rapidity and accuracy,propose improved first-order weighted filter.It's used in temperature gathering process.This system has been successfully applied in production,the application results show that improved first-order weighted filter can improve the accuracy of temperature measurement to 96%effectively and insure the real-time.
