摘要
就编码端的复杂性而言,研究大GOP条件下的无反馈分布式视频编码更有实用性,而在无反馈分布式视频编码中,码率分配对系统整体的率失真性能有着至关重要的影响。为了进一步提高在大GOP条件下码率分配的准确性和系统的率失真性能,提出了一种基于位平面细化的码率分配算法。该算法在将混合更新生成边信息算法应用到分布式视频编码系统基础上,制定新的系统框架,再将位平面中的最重要位平面进一步细化并采用不同的码率估计公式来计算传输的校验位数目。实验结果表明,该算法与现有的算法相比,能够显著提高码率分配的准确性以及系统的率失真性能,且性能稳定,适用于不同运动强度的视频序列。
In terms of computation complexity at encoder,the research of no-feedback distributed video coding is more practical,and in the no-feedback DVC rate allocation has an important effect in rate distortion performance of the whole system.In order to further improve the accuracy of rate allocation and the rate distortion performance of the system under GOP,a rate allocation algorithm based on bitplane refinement is proposed.Based on the algorithm that side information is generated by using hybrid updating is applied to the DVC system,a new system framework is developed,then the most important bitplane is further refined,and different bitrate estimate formula is used to calculate the check number of the transmission.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can more significantly improve the accuracy of rate allocation and rate distortion(RD)performance of the system than other existing no-feedback algorithms,and the performance is stable,it is suit for different exercise intensity video sequences.
