摘要
目的观察彩色多普勒超声在基层医院胎儿发育畸形中的早期诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2014年1月-2016年12月在深圳市宝安区沙井人民医院沙头社区健康服务中心接受产前彩色多普勒超声检查的6 648例孕妇的资料,调查造成胎儿畸形的影响因素。结果 6 648例受检孕妇中检出胎儿畸形共计51例,发生率为0.770%;2014-2016年受检人数逐渐增多,畸形发生率分别为0.705%,0.751%,0.832%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);20~24岁、25~29岁、30~34岁、35~40岁的胎儿畸形发生率分别为0.61%、0.66%、0.95%、1.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色超声应用于产前检查可有助于筛查出胎儿畸形,可根据患者具体情况提前做出相应处理方案。
Objective To observe the early diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in fetal developmental malformation in primary hospital. Methods The data of 6,648 pregnant women who received prenatal color Doppler ultrasound in Shenzhen City Baoan District Shajing People＇s Hospital Shatou Community Health Service Center from January 2014 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, the influencing factors of fetal malformations were investigated. Results A total of 51 cases with fetal malformations were detected in 6,648 cases of pregnant women, with an incidence of 0.770%; from 2014 to2016 the number of people tested increased gradually, the incidences of malformations were 0.705%,0.751% and 0.832%, respectively, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. At the age of 20 to 24 years old, 25 to 29 years old, 30 to 34 years old, 35 to 40 years old, the incidences of fetal malformations were 0.61%, 0.66%, 0.95% and 1.32%, respectively, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasound on prenatal examination can help to screen fetal malformation, and according to the specific circumstances of the patient, the corresponding processing scheme can be made in advance.
