摘要 目的:为医学本科生在大四阶段开设美国心脏协会(American Heart Association,AHA)/心血管急救(Emergency cardiovascular care,ECC)/基础生命支持(Basic Life Support,BLS)国际认证课程,探讨情景模拟教学对学生理论与实践教学相结合的教学效果;^([1])方法:以自愿的原则,选取2012级72名大四学生按照AHA/ECC/BLS国际认证课程进行试点培训,每轮24名学生,共3轮,培训结束后分别进行考核,以评估教学效果和满意度调查;结果:参加培训的72名学员全部通过考核,均获得美国心脏协会颁发的基础生命支持(BLS)结业证书,学员满意度100%。结伦:该教学模式对提高学生学习热情和临床急救能力有很大的促进作用,是一种值得大力提倡与推广的教学方法。^([2]) Objective: to establish the international accreditation course of American Heart Association (AHA) / cardiovascular first aid (Emergency cardiovascular care, ECC) / basic life support (Basic Life Support, BLS) for medical undergraduates in the fourth stage, and to discuss the teaching of situational simulation to the combination of students' theory and practice teaching. Results: method: on the basis of voluntary principle, 72 senior students of grade 2012 were selected to carry out pilot training according to the AHA/ECC/BLS international certification course, 24 students in each round, a total of 3 rounds. After the training, the assessment was carried out to evaluate the teaching effect and satisfaction. All the 72 trainees participated in the training through assessment, all the certificate of basic life support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association is 100%. The teaching model has a great effect on improving the students' enthusiasm for learning and the ability of clinical first aid. It is a kind of teaching method which is worth promoting and popularizing.
