摘要
通过对俄罗斯最大的跨系统区域图书馆联盟АРБИКОН的发展历程、组织管理、特色服务等方面进行调研,全面梳理其在建设俄罗斯期刊索引书目数据库、馆际互借/文献传递、电子图书馆、馆员培训等方面提供的颇具特色且成效显著的服务。结合中国跨系统区域图书馆联盟发展实际,从保障机制、发展规划、开放的理念、可复制的统一模式等方面总结出6点启示。
On the basis of investigating ARLICON from the aspects of development, organization, management and characteristic service, the paper analyzes its distinctive and effective service in the construction of the Russian periodical bibliographic database, interlibrary loan/literature transfer, electronic library, and librarian training, etc., combined with the development of regional library consortia in China. We put some insights on safeguard mechanism, development plan, open concept, replicable unified model, etc.
