摘要
网络时代,图书馆观念发生了根本性变化,图书馆间的合作已成为必然。跨系统的图书馆馆际合作是利用各系统图书馆在信息资源开发利用上的互补性,通过信息资源的整体化、社会化和全方位配置,实现信息服务的整体化组织以适应跨系统、跨部门的集成信息服务的发展需要。跨系统的图书馆馆际合作的推进要求从宏观上解决战略构建问题,以实现基于科学规划的建设与发展。
