摘要
随着职业院校工学结合、校企合作人才培养模式的不断推进和深入发展,学生到校企合作企业进行顶岗实习将会越来越普遍。当前高职学生对顶岗实习的认识情况总体较好,顶岗实习期间薪酬待遇、工作时间等显性权益基本有保障,但不同专业存在差异。而隐形权益容易被忽视、侵害,且在实践中难以界定。顶岗实习事关学生、企业、学校、家长及政府利益,要切实保护高职学生顶岗实习期间的权益,就必须充分考虑各方利益,明确各利益方应尽的责任和应有的权利。
With the continuous promotion and in-depth development of the talent training mode of work-study combination and school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges, it will be more and more popular for students to practice internship in school-enterprise cooperation enterprises. At present, higher vocational students' cognition of internship sounds generally good. The explicit rights and interests such as remuneration and working hours during internship are basically guaranteed, but there are differences among different majors. The implicit rights and interests are easy to be ignored and infringed, and it is difficult to define in practice. Internship is closely related to the interests of students, enterprises, schools, parents and the government. In order to effectively protect the rights and interests of higher vocational students during internship, we must take full account of the interests of all parties and clarify the tasks and rights of all stakeholders.
