不同养殖条件蛋鸡场鸡杆菌的病原学检测及分析 被引量:1

Pathogenic detection and analysis of Gallibacterium in laying hens farm under different breeding conditions

摘要 为了解不同养殖条件蛋鸡场中鸡杆菌的感染情况,试验对中国6个省市的7家蛋鸡场进行随机采样,共采集302只鸡的604份上颚裂棉拭子和泄殖腔棉拭子,利用qPCR方法和常规细菌分离方法进行鸡杆菌的检测和分离鉴定,并统计分析了不同养殖条件和药物等对鸡杆菌感染的影响。结果表明:经qPCR检测,所有鸡场均存在鸡杆菌感染,鸡只检测阳性率为57.63%;常规细菌分离方法检测有109只鸡为阳性,阳性鸡只比例为41.60%;不同养殖条件蛋鸡场鸡杆菌的检出率有较大差别,养殖条件最好的鸡场没有分离到鸡杆菌,最差的鸡场鸡杆菌分离率为85.10%;药物对鸡杆菌感染也有较大影响,山西省某鸡场用甲砜霉素治疗的鸡群鸡杆菌分离率为30.00%,未用药鸡群的鸡杆菌分离率为80.00%。说明不同养殖条件蛋鸡场鸡杆菌的感染率不同,养殖条件越好的鸡场鸡群中鸡杆菌的感染率越低。 The aim of the present study was to understand the infection situation of Gallibacterium in different breeding conditions of laying hens.A total of 604 upper cleft palate and cloacal swabs of 302 laying hens were collected from 7 egg laying hens farms in 6 provinces and cities of China. The q PCR method and routine bacteria isolation method were used to detect and identify Gallibacterium,and the effects of different culture conditions and drugs on Gallibacterium infection were statistically analyzed. The results showed that all the selected chicken farms were infected with Gallibacterium by q PCR. The positive rate of q PCR was 57. 63%. 109 chickens were identified as positive by routine bacterial isolation,and the percentage of positive chickens was 41. 60%. The detection rate of Gallibacterium in different breeding conditions was quite different. No Gallibacterium were isolated from the best farm,and the worst was 85. 10%. The drugs also had a great effect on the infection of Gallibacterium. When treated with the thiamphenicol in a chicken farm of Shanxi province,the isolation rate of Gallibacterium was 30. 00%,while that of untreated chicken was 80. 00%. The results showed that the infection rate of Gallibacterium was different in different breeding conditions,and the better the breeding conditions,the lower the infection rate of Gallibacterium in laying hens.
