发动机进气歧管对进气系统声品质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 发动机进气系统是动力总成的关键组成部分,其声品质对动力总成的声品质具有重要的影响。进气歧管的结构对调节进气系统的声品质具有至关重要的作用。利用GEM-3D软件和GT-POWER软件相结合,对某直列四缸汽油机进行了仿真,采集了虚拟发动机进气噪声,通过GT-POST对2种不同进气歧管所形成的发动机进气噪声的声品质进行分析,总结出一般规律:中心进气歧管的发动机进气噪声听觉舒适感更佳,旁支进气歧管的发动机进气噪声听觉运动感更强。为发动机进气系统的设计与开发提供了理论支持。 As the key system of the power assembly,the sound quality of the intake system has animportant influence on the sound quality of the power train. The structure of intake manifold plays animportant role in regulating the sound quality of the intake system. This paper uses the G E M -3D and G T -PO W E R software, making simulation of the inline four cylinder gasoline engine,acquiring virtual engine noise,and the sound quality of the intake noise G T -I^different intake manifold were analyzed. The general rules are concluded : the intake center manifold comfort is better, and the intake noise of the intake manifold by auditory motion feesstronger. This provides theoretical support for the design and development of the intake system.
