摘要 进气系统作为动力总成的关键系统,进气噪声对车内的声品质有着重要的影响。对某国产车车内噪声进行研究,通过时域传递路径分析(Transfer Path Analysis,TPA)的方法,对试验车进行研究,发现该试验车进气噪声对车内噪声贡献量较大。以GT-SUIT软件进行进气系统传递损失分析并进行消声器建模与仿真,实现宽频消声器的设计。通过实车验证,证明了耦合消声器设计的有效性,使车内的噪声降低,达到改善车内听觉舒适性的效果,为NVH工程问题的解决提供了经验积累。 The intake system is a key system of powertrain and the intake noise has an important impact on vehicle sound quality. In this paper,the noise inside a domestic car was studied,and the method of time domain transmission path analysis(TPA) was used to study the experimental vehicle. It was found that the intake noise contributes greatly to the noise inside the vehicle. The transmission loss analysis of the intake system was carried out by using the GT-SUIT software and the muffler simulation was conducted to achieve the design of the broadband muffler. Finally,the effectiveness of the coupling muffler design was proved on the actual vehicle. The proposed muffler can reduce the noise inside the vehicle and therefore improve the acoustic comfort. The paper provides a solution of the problem in NVH engineering.
