摘要
针对工业自动化领域运动控制系统中计算机机器视觉系统笨重的缺点,提出一种基于嵌入式图像处理与运动控制的测控系统。该系统以DM642芯片为机器视觉的图像处理单元,GTS-400-PG-PCI系列运动控制器为控制单元,设计了DSP与运动控制器通信的硬件电路,并通过上位机编程完成通讯与控制功能。通过实验验证,该系统的DSP成功检测到目标后,运动控制器能快速响应DSP输出的信号并控制伺服电机完成点位运动,对嵌入式机器视觉应用于运动控制系统具有实际意义。
Aim at the cumbersome disadvantages of computer machine vision system used in the field of industrial automation, a measurement and control system based on embedded image processing and motion control is presented. The system took the DM642 chip as the machine vision image processing unit, the GTS-400-PG-PCI series motion controller as the control unit, and the hardware circuit of communication between DSP and motion controller is designed, except that, the communication and control function is completed through the host computer programming. The experiment proves that after the DSP of the system successfully detects the target, motion controller can quickly respond to the signal output of DSP and control servo motor to complete point to point motion,it has practical significance to the application of embedded machine vision in motion control system.
