摘要
针对环京津贫困带的精准扶贫问题,将产业扶贫、绿色扶贫、精准扶贫三种扶贫模式整合后,结合邢台职业技术学院张家口宣化区定点精准扶贫成功案例,构建河北省京津农村"精准扶贫"绿色产业化发展新模式,对于环京津贫困带的农村扶贫工作具有重要的应用价值。
According to the targeted poverty alleviation around Beijing and Tianjin, industrial poverty, poverty alleviation, the integration of the three green targeted poverty alleviation models, combined with the successful designated targeted poverty alleviation case of Xingtai Polytechnic College in Zhangjiakou Xuanhua district and the construction of green industrial development model of “targeted poverty alleviation” in countrysides in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area, has important application value for the poverty alleviation work in this area.
